We had a great opportunity to spend a week with our great friends the Campbell's (Scott and Barb) in Akumal Mexico. We mostly just relaxed and did a whole lot of nothing like reading, snorkeling, drinking and such. The snorkeling was good because of the big sea turtles that were plentiful. One of the days we took a taxi up to Playa del Carmen and spent the day wandering. These nice little casitas were just perfect for the four of us.
Patty, Scott and I did a little deep sea fishing one day with Captain Luis. After our catch Captain Luis and his wife cooked the fish for us and served it at our casita.
